What makes a good signal
Specific beats general. Real beats theoretical.
  • Describe something you personally experienced or witnessed
  • Name the workflow, not just the emotion ("appointment booking" not "healthcare is bad")
  • Include who faces it — farmer, student, shop owner, patient
  • You don't need a solution — just the problem
